Emberfall Saga
Emberfall Saga is the kind of RPG that respects your time without cutting corners. Battles are turn-based, so you can pause mid-fight and think, which matters when you're playing in short bursts. The party system lets you swap characters between fights, and each one has a distinct role you actually feel in combat.
What surprised me was the writing. The main quest has real stakes and the side characters aren't just quest dispensers. I found myself reading dialogue I'd normally skip. Progression is generous enough that you rarely hit a wall, and when you do, a bit of side content usually gets you through.
The touch controls for combat are clean, and the auto-battle option is there for grinding without babysitting. If you like RPGs but hate the ones that demand hours every day, this one strikes a good balance.
